As a Quote to Cash Professional, you will utilize Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. You will play a key role in promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Quote and Proposal Preparation: Assist with preparing quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions. • Transaction Processing: Learn to handle processing and transaction requirements, executing defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls. • Contract Management: Participate in contract audit and registration, as well as basic contract and agreement preparation. • Customer Record Management: Support the maintenance of accurate customer master records, ensuring seamless end-to-end transactions. • Order to Cash Integration: Engage with integrating orders to cash, meeting business objectives and promoting sales productivity. • Basic Understanding of Q2C Process: Familiarity with Quote to Cash process knowledge to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. • Exposure to Transaction Processing: Basic understanding of handling processing and transaction requirements, with the ability to learn and execute defined fulfillment processes. • Interest in Contract Management: Awareness of contract audit and registration, as well as basic contract and agreement preparation concepts. • Customer Record Maintenance: Basic understanding of maintaining accurate customer master records, ensuring seamless end-to-end transactions. • Order to Cash Fundamentals: Familiarity with integrating orders to cash, meeting business objectives and promoting sales productivity.
