As an IBM Consulting FutureNow Center Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to help solve real business and technology challenges for clients around the world. As an Intern Package Specialist (SAP Application Operations) at IBM, you'll gain hands-on experience helping organizations maintain, enhance, and optimize SAP-based enterprise systems through technology-enabled solutions. Projects may include SAP application support, incident management, system testing, business process improvement, and managed service delivery. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Interest in SAP, enterprise applications, ERP platforms, application operations, or business transformation concepts. Basic understanding of how enterprise applications and SAP support supply chain, finance, procurement, human resources, and business operations. Exposure to data analysis, reporting, process improvement, application support, or business problem-solving through coursework, academic projects, student organizations, research, or personal learning. Interest in enterprise software, SAP technologies, managed services, or digital business solutions. Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, and how they are transforming enterprise operations and business performance. Experience gained through academic projects, internships, case competitions, student organizations, research, volunteer experiences, or other practical learning opportunities.
