Work you could do as an Organizational Change Management Associate: Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform their business Assist in the development of Change Management and HR Strategy deliverables with a focus on helping clients transform their organization to achieve target benefits Work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions for clients leveraging AI Learn about a client’s industry, tackle new challenges, and learn about how their business and technology intersect. Join our IBM North America Associates community and meet other IBMers during networking events, special team events and career development activities including in-office attendance You’ll work alongside experienced change leaders to support digital transformation initiatives, through the design and development of key deliverables and workshops for both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, SuccessFactors, UKG, Adobe, and Salesforce, etc.) and non-ERP projects (HR, Strategy). Support design and delivery of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews Leverage AI tools, assets and assistants to conduct research and develop work products Help with the design and delivery of change management and training activities including change impacts, assessments, surveys and metrics Develop communications tailored to specific audiences including written and video assets Work in Agile, collaborative environments Use IBM’s Design Thinking to help solve client’s challenges Learn more about IBM’s Organizational Change Management Consulting at: https://www.ibm.com/consulting/culture-change-management This opportunity is based in Toronto and supports Associate Consultant hiring cohorts commencing in May 2027 and September 2027. We are recruiting for both start dates and encourage eligible candidates to apply. Successful applicants must have graduated from a recognized post-secondary institution prior to their employment start date. Please note that MBA and PhD graduates are not eligible for this program. Can understand clients' needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions Demonstrate quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights Can work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutions Experience with AI (creating prompts) and collaboration technology (Monday.com, Figma, Mural, Biteable, Microsoft Office Suite) Familiar with the fundamentals of organizational change management A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems Have initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills
