Role overview
About this role
The People Operations team is seeking energetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented early-career professionals to join us as People Operations Coordinators. Designed as part of our Early Leadership Hire (ELH) program, this foundational role is built for individuals ready to learn our global operational network from the ground up, master direct employee support, and grow into future specialist or operational lead roles within our team. In this role, you will work hands-on across our daily operational queues, handling employee requests, keeping workflows moving smoothly, maintaining clean system data, and learning our end-to-end People processes. As our operating model transitions into domain-focused Pods, you will gain exposure across our core operational pillars. Hands-on Service Delivery & Ticket Queue Management: Manage daily employee inquiries across standard and complex topics using active listening, fast turnaround, and standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. Pod Operational Support: Execute foundational administrative workflows across assigned operational domains (e.g., onboarding/offboarding logistics, benefit enrollment tracking, contract updates, time/leave processing, or frontline ticket reclassification). Smart Troubleshooting & Escalation: Act as a careful gatekeeper by investigating complex cases, gathering full background details, and resolving issues independently before escalating non-routine cases to Tier 2 Specialists or Subject Matter Experts. Knowledge Management & Content Updates: Draft, refine, and update internal job aids, routing guides, and associate-facing Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) the moment new solutions or policy shifts are identified. System & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate ticket documentation in ServiceNow/Workday, execute clean cross-functional handoffs between HR, Payroll, and IT teams, and adhere strictly to global data privacy standards. Process Optimization & Peer Collaboration: Help identify recurring ticket bottlenecks, system bugs, or policy gaps, and collaborate with team leads and peers to continuously improve team tools, job aids, and self-service routing. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related discipline. Operational Drive & Learning Mindset: Strong interest in developing a long-term career within HR and People Operations, with a desire to build domain expertise across diverse operational Pods over time. HR Systems & Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating enterprise HRIS and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms) and managing system data. Communication & Active Listening: Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on strong employee experience and customer service. Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Structured approach to investigating inquiries, spotting bad data patterns, and organizing case research thoroughly. Discretion & Trust: Complete professionalism and discretion when handling highly confidential employee records and personal data.
