As a Project Administrator: Generalist, you will provide project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. You will work under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Set up Project Control Book: Create and maintain project documentation, including setting up the project control book, entering data, and tracking issues and changes. • Facilitate Team Communications: Assist in facilitating project team communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing among team members. • Produce Status Reports: Generate status reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and performance. • Handle Financial Transactions: Manage financial and procurement transactions, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures. • Support Contract Management: Assist in general contract management activities, including asset management, audit readiness, and financial process support. • Basic Understanding of Project Administration: Familiarity with project administration concepts, including project documentation and team communication. • Exposure to Data Entry and Tracking: Basic understanding of data entry and tracking principles, including setting up and maintaining project control books. • Interest in Financial Processes: Basic knowledge of financial and procurement transactions, including compliance with established processes and procedures. • Awareness of Contract Management: Familiarity with general contract management activities, including asset management and audit readiness. • Curiosity about Reporting and Communication: Basic understanding of generating status reports and facilitating team communications to ensure seamless collaboration. • Basic Knowledge of Project Tools: Exposure to project management software and tools used for project documentation, data entry, and tracking. • Familiarity with Financial Systems: Basic understanding of financial systems and processes, including procurement transactions and compliance. • Awareness of Contract Principles: Curiosity about contract management principles, including asset management and audit readiness.
