As a Supply Chain Professional: Transformation, you will be responsible for strategic planning, transformation, and thought leadership through best practice knowledge and technological expertise. You will leverage your skills to advance the Digital Supply Chain and ensure alignment with contemporary and future business and customer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Strategic Plans: Create comprehensive plans to drive business process transformation, cost and operational efficiencies gains, transparency, stakeholder management, and acquisition integration. • Apply Technological Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Analytics, Artificial Intelligence/Cognitive, Robotics, Block Chain, and the Internet of Things to imagine and apply innovative solutions to advance the Digital Supply Chain. • Drive Business Alignment: Ensure the Supply Chain is properly aligned with contemporary and future business and customer needs through holistic thinking and seamless collaboration across companies, clients, cultures, functions, and geographies. • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to drive transformation and ensure successful implementation of new initiatives. • Deliver Thought Leadership: Provide expert guidance and insights to drive business growth and improvement through best practice knowledge and technological expertise. • Exposure to Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop comprehensive plans that drive business process transformation, cost and operational efficiencies gains, transparency, stakeholder management, and acquisition integration. • Technological Expertise in Emerging Technologies: Hands-on experience with Analytics, Artificial Intelligence/Cognitive, Robotics, Block Chain, and the Internet of Things, with the ability to imagine and apply innovative solutions to advance the Digital Supply Chain. • Experience Working with Global Stakeholders: Ability to work seamlessly within and across companies, clients, cultures, functions, and geographies to drive business process transformation and ensure successful implementation of new initiatives. • Understanding of Business Process Transformation: Knowledge of best practices and technological expertise to drive business growth and improvement through transformation and innovation. • Exposure to Digital Supply Chain Management: Familiarity with the concepts and principles of Digital Supply Chain management, including the ability to align the Supply Chain with contemporary and future business and customer needs. • Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Exposure to data analysis and interpretation techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business process transformation and improvement. • Artificial Intelligence Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI and cognitive technologies, with the ability to imagine and apply innovative solutions to advance the Digital Supply Chain. • Global Business Acumen: Experience working with global stakeholders, with the ability to think holistically and drive business process transformation across companies, clients, cultures, functions, and geographies.
