As a Supply Chain Professional, you will manage all aspects of assigned commodities worldwide, ensuring demand validation, supply closure, and inventory mitigation. You will act as a focal point for supply issues and coordinate problem resolution, representing the brand in cross-brand supply assurance issues. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Demand and Supply Management: Manage demand validation, supply closure to weekly demand, and inventory mitigation for assigned commodities worldwide. • Supply Issue Resolution: Act as a focal point for all supply issues, coordinating problem resolution, balancing, and allocation activities. • EC Analysis and Processing: Process engineering changes (ECs) through SAP/MAPICS, setting effective dates based on EC disposition, supply, and product schedules. • Business Control and Review: Conduct management reviews of key measurements and secondary indicators by function and department level. • Inventory Transfer: Transfer new part numbers to Supply Chain Systems (SCS) once they are stable. • Commodity Management Experience: Exposure to managing demand validation, supply closure, and inventory mitigation for commodities worldwide. • Supply Chain Operations Knowledge: Experience working with supply issue resolution, including balancing and allocation activities. • SAP/MAPICS Proficiency: Exposure to processing engineering changes (ECs) through SAP/MAPICS, setting effective dates based on EC disposition, supply, and product schedules. • Data Analysis Skills: Experience analyzing CPE output to ensure PO coverage and support break-in of new parts. • Business Control Understanding: Exposure to conducting management reviews of key measurements and secondary indicators by function and department level. • Commodity Management Experience: Exposure to managing multiple commodities worldwide, with an understanding of demand validation, supply closure, and inventory mitigation. • Advanced SAP/MAPICS Skills: Experience working with SAP/MAPICS to process engineering changes, analyze CPE output, and ensure PO coverage. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to working with various functions and departments to resolve supply issues, balance allocation activities, and conduct management reviews.
