Job Description:
The Core architecture team is looking for outstanding and creative EE/CS students to develop Intel's next generation processor Core micro-architecture.
The job includes:
- Analyzing the performance bottlenecks of the current generation
- Code (C++) and evaluate the new algorithms using simulations
- Tune and improve the core for best Performance, Power and Area (PPA)
- Creative mindset with ability to think beyond conventional solutions
- Data analysis capabilities
Qualifications:
- Student pursuing a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation.
- Good Programming skills are required (preferably C++ / Python)
- Processor core micro-architecture familiarity is an advantage
- Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows
- Processor core micro-architecture knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with hardware description concepts is an advantage (Verilog/VHDL)
