What You'll Do
You'll gain hands-on experience supporting Intel's advanced semiconductor manufacturing operations while working with experienced engineers and operations teams.
- Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Analyze data to improve yield, quality, reliability, and factory performance.
- Work with advanced semiconductor equipment and fabrication technologies.
- Apply statistics, data analytics, and failure analysis to solve engineering challenges.
- Support process control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to safe, sustainable, and high-performing manufacturing operations.
Through these experiences, you will strengthen technical expertise in manufacturing, process optimization, data analytics, quality systems, and problem solving.

Qualifications:
Must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Experience may be gained through coursework, research, academic projects, internships, laboratory work, student organizations, leadership experiences, or other relevant experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
- 3+ months of experience gained through coursework, projects, research, internships, lab work, student organizations, or industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong academic performance with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Experience with programming, data analysis, modeling, simulation, automation, or visualization tools such as Python, MATLAB, SQL, JMP, R, or similar.
- Coursework, research, academic projects, or internship experience related to semiconductor technology, advanced manufacturing, process development, engineering, materials science, or data analytics.
- Demonstrated analytical problem solving, teamwork, communication, and ability to share technical findings.
