Responsibilities
- Develop compelling application examples and demonstration workflows for superconducting qubits, resonators, couplers, cavities, cryogenic systems, and quantum processors using Keysight's quantum design and simulation solutions.
- Engage directly with researchers, universities, quantum startups, national laboratories, and commercial customers to understand emerging quantum computing challenges and workflow requirements.
- Support customer evaluations, technical presentations, workshops, proof-of-concept projects, and collaborative engagements across the quantum ecosystem.
- Analyze customer adoption trends, engagement activities, and opportunity pipelines to help identify high-value application areas and market opportunities for quantum technologies.
- Conduct technical and competitive assessments of quantum hardware, software, design workflows, and emerging industry trends to support product and business strategy.
- Collaborate with Quantum Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Business Development teams to translate customer requirements into future product capabilities and solution offerings.
- Create technical collateral, application notes, benchmark studies, webinars, and customer-facing content that showcase industry-leading quantum workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Quantum Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Coursework, research, or project experience in quantum computing, superconducting qubits, cryogenic systems, microwave engineering, computational electromagnetics, or scientific computing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and customer-facing environment.
Desired
- Experience with quantum hardware technologies, including superconducting circuits, resonators, couplers, readout systems, or quantum control systems.
- Experience with electromagnetic or circuit simulation tools such as ADS, QuantumPro, EMPro, RFPro, HFSS, CST, COMSOL, or similar platforms.
- Interest in customer engagement, technical consulting, product strategy, business development, or market analysis.
- Experience presenting research results, conducting technical demonstrations, or engaging with external collaborators.
- Familiarity with Python, data analysis, or scientific software development.

The level of role will be based on appliable experience, education and skills; most offers will be between the miniumum and midpoint of the salary range listed below.
CA pay range MIN $34.39 to MAX $47.93
