Johannesburg, South Africa Role overview
About this role
The objective of the “Ability Hiring Event” is to build an inclusive hiring approach that recognizes and embraces the skills and capabilities of candidates living with disabilities. For purposes of this programme, disability refers to a long-term or recurring physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which, in interaction with various barriers, may substantially limit a person’s prospects of entry into or advancement in employment. If you identify as a person with a disability, you are encouraged to apply to this programme. Participation in the Ability Hiring Event does not guarantee employment, and candidates will be assessed against the requirements of the relevant role. Fostering a hiring process that is inclusive of candidates living with disabilities is a top priority. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations that enable candidates to fully participate in the recruitment and interview process and demonstrate their skills and capabilities.
