About this role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of customer success plans aligned with customers’ business priorities and desired outcomes.
- Help customers adopt and realise value from Microsoft cloud, AI and digital solutions.
- Build an understanding of customer environments, transformation objectives, priorities and challenges.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers, account teams, technical specialists and partners to coordinate customer activities and follow-up actions.
- Monitor customer solution health and help identify adoption opportunities, risks, blockers and recommended next steps.
- Contribute to customer meetings, success reviews, adoption discussions and transformation initiatives.
- Gather customer insights and feedback and communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders.
- Develop trusted customer relationships while working under the guidance of experienced Customer Success professionals.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Up to two years of relevant experience in customer success, programme management, project management, consulting, technology delivery, analytics, operations or another customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated interest in cloud technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and customer success.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments and contribute within a team environment.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic project or professional experience in technology, consulting, customer success, project management, business operations or a related area.
- Foundational understanding of cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Security, Copilot or other business technology solutions.
- Analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
