Responsibilities
As an Integrated Learning Manager, you will support peers in developing learning and skilling programs and initiatives for relevant audiences and learn to identify organizational needs, secure resources, communicate with stakeholders, and prioritize work following clear guidance, using artificial intelligence-assisted planning tools.
You will assist in reviewing learning and skilling experiences with internal and external clients and begin to develop an understanding of best practices in the industry.
You will contribute to the implementation of core learning and skilling programs with support, using artificial intelligence to draft checklists/summaries with human review. You will also learn foundational approaches to using data and artificial intelligence-powered tools to prioritize analyses to execute on, define capability gaps for the business, improve benchmarking, and execute on learning and skilling priorities through learner-centric methodology.
You will leverage artificial intelligence-powered tools to conduct initial learning needs analysis, rapidly synthesizing stakeholder inputs, prior evaluations, and user data to surface key themes and gaps; using these artificial intelligence-generated insights to focus and simplify any further human-led research.
You will develop relationships with existing stakeholders/partners within an audience or business unit to support alignment with learning-related needs following clear guidance.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience.
Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
Integrated Learning IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,500 - $125,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,000 - $142,400 per year.
