As a Working Student in the Services Sales organization, you will be an integral member of Microsoft's Services Account Executive (SAE) team. Working alongside experienced Services Account Executives, you will help customers accelerate their AI, cloud, and business transformation journeys while enabling Microsoft sellers to operate with greater impact and efficiency.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience at the intersection of sales, consulting, adoption, change management, and AI transformation. You will contribute to strategic customer initiatives, support account planning and opportunity development, help identify business value through AI and Agents, and drive initiatives that transform the way Microsoft and its customers work.
Beyond supporting day-to-day business operations, you will help shape and execute innovative programs focused on AI adoption, organizational change, process modernization, and the design of AI-powered business processes. You will work with diverse stakeholders across sales, consulting, customer success, partners, and customers to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Services Account Executives to support account planning, customer engagements, opportunity development, and business reviews.
- Research customer priorities, industry trends, and AI transformation opportunities to help shape strategic initiatives.
- Help create executive-ready presentations, customer proposals, business cases, and transformation stories.
- Support AI adoption and change management initiatives that help customers realize business value from AI, Copilot, and Agents.
- Collaborate across sales, consulting, customer success, and partner teams to drive customer outcomes and operational excellence.
- Explore innovative ways to redesign business processes through AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline
- You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
- Background in technology, consulting, or support sales, with a focus on building relationships and delivering value for enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer value and deliver positive business results

The base pay for this internship is € 2,409.00 per month. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
