As a Solution Engineer Intern, you will engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will have the opportunity to shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain and understanding and build product expertise. You will contribute to technical wins, or portions of technical wins, with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations.

Responsibilities
- Build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback, and build awareness of need for compete strategies.
- Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, and begin connecting with customers and promote internal team readiness.
- Engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will shadow in customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge.
- Develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products through preparation and execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
- You must be legally authorised to work in Belgium at the time of application and for the duration of this paid internship. (Legally authorised = holder of Belgian, EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship, or already in possession of a valid visa and/or work permit permitting work in Belgium.)
- Fluency in English is required, together with fluency in either French or Dutch.
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
Strong Desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
