Responsibilities Functional Description: The Licensing Intern will support the Global Licensing team in the development and execution of licensing strategies across PepsiCo’s iconic food and beverage brands. This role provides exposure to brand partnerships, consumer products, retail programs, and licensing operations. The successful candidate will help identify market opportunities, support partner relationships, conduct competitive and category research, and contribute to projects that strengthen brand equity and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Design, Legal, Finance, Category, and Commercial teams—the Licensing Intern will assist in evaluating new licensing opportunities, managing project timelines, tracking partner deliverables, and supporting product approval processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-minded, proactive, and passionate about consumer brands, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Roles available in the following locations: Purchase, New York Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Licensing, Brand Management, Consumer Products, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in brand licensing, partnerships, intellectual property, and consumer products. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Design, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Category, and Commercial teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. Ability to conduct market and competitive research, identify licensing opportunities, and summarize key insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with data analysis, project management tools, or licensing platforms is a plus. Supports the development and execution of licensing strategies that strengthen PepsiCo brands and drive business growth. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to: Graduate with bachelor's degree within one (1) year of internship completion. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2027 campus intern openings is $21.09 - $34.00 hourly. Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions. Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable. We love to convert our interns to full-time opportunities!
