Functional Description: You will join a team build on collaboration and working cross-functionally. You should be familiar with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques and we will help you apply these to answer key business questions. The internship will be centered on a project crucial to the business and require you to turn research insights and data into a clear story that inspires action. Empathy for the shopper, their daily lives, and various activities that impact them will also be discovered in this role. Locations will vary and are determined closer to the internship start date. Responsibilities Collaborate with our Strategy, Category Managers, Brand Insights, and Marketing teams to understand their key objectives Address key business issues or strategic opportunities (shopper focused) Synthesize data and insights across multiple sources Work with research vendors to create surveys, field research, and analyze results What you can expect: We believe internships are critical to nurturing top talent for our future, so we make them meaningful. Executive leadership exposure Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business-related majors (other majors may be considered) Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaborative, analytical, data management and mining skills Exemplary communication, analytical thinker, and leadership skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Proven leadership capabilities Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to: This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Graduate with degree within one (1) year of internship completion. Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028. Location: Plano, TX, Purchase, NY or Chicago, IL The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2027 campus intern openings is $21.09 - $34.00 hourly. Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions. Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable. We love to convert our interns to full-time opportunities!
