About this role
Overview The Finance & Reporting Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting PepsiCo's financial reporting and control processes. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced finance professionals, contributing to monthly close activities, reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives while developing a strong understanding of multinational financial operations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support monthly and periodic reporting activities. Assist with financial data analysis and report preparation. Perform reconciliations and validate reporting outputs. Support SAP and HFM reporting activities. Help document and improve finance processes and controls. Assist with project work related to automation and process improvements. Collaborate with global stakeholders across finance teams. Support SOX compliance and internal control activities as required. Qualifications Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles. Interest in process improvement and digital transformation.
