Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally. Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Insight into Food Safety and Quality: learn how to identify and tackle real-world food safety and quality challenges Collaboration skills: discover the power of teamwork and how to bring together different perspectives Adaptability: get ready to flex and go with the flow, each day may bring something new! Prioritization: master the art of balancing tasks to keep projects moving forward Project-based experience: work on projects from start to finish, seeing your efforts turn into results WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects A community of interns - offering additional support, the opportunity to build connections, workshops and much more Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement Work-from-home toolkit Qualifications WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Background in Food Science: You've got the basics down and are excited to build on them You speak up, share your ideas, and know how to make your voice heard Team player: You’re not shy about reaching out to others when you need to Problem solver: You see challenges as opportunities to get creative and find solutions Positive vibes: You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every task Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
