During your 4-month co-op term, you’ll be fully immersed in the PepsiCo Food Service business and have the opportunity to work with some of our billion-dollar brands. You will take on a leadership role of a Sales Co-op working on business development projects that will have lasting impact on the business. This territory is located in the GTA. Half the term will be spent in the market and other half working on strategic business projects. Away From Home (AFH) would be the business you support, which refers to our business segment focused on serving customers and consumers outside of traditional retail environments—such as in restaurants, workplaces, schools, entertainment venues, and other food service or hospitality settings. Build analytical literacy capability within Key Accounts/Sales/Finance Influencing and collaborating with the AFH team, key accounts and customers to meet consumer demands within your area Key projects as per business need Identify and assist in implementing processes that improve effectiveness and eliminate redundancies Support sales and multifunctional teams on customer-facing initiatives Qualifications Pursuing a post-secondary education in business or related field Strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively Ability to understand and leverage strategic insight to drive results Collaborative and works well in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced, complex environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record Reliable and consistent access to a personal vehicle At the heart of PepsiCo are our people: professionals who bring curiosity, drive, and fresh thinking, working together to turn ideas into action.
