Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process modernization, and enabling innovative solutions. This role will be split into two main focus areas: IT project coordination and enabling digital tools and capabilities. IT Project Coordination (Primary Focus) Support the development and execution of project plans, including monitoring progress, tracking schedules, and managing dependencies, issues, and risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status reports, and dashboards Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, scope, and project objectives Collaborate with development teams and external vendors during the build and delivery phases to provide requirements clarification, feedback, and alignment Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creation of test cases and maintenance of traceability matrices Support project go‑live activities, including troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and resolution management Digital Tools & Capabilities (Secondary Focus) Support business stakeholders in testing and delivering digital tools and technologies to enhance insights, reporting, and decision-making. Qualifications Motivated learner enrolled in a Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or IT‑related program Previous work experience as an IT or Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred Exposure to Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies Strong communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and effective time management Strong skills in developing presentations and reports Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SQL required Experience in analytics from conception to delivery an asset Working experience with dashboarding (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI) is an asset Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build collaborative relationships!
