The Role: As a Sales Strategy Associate, you will translate data into actionable business recommendations, uncover growth opportunities, and help influence key commercial decisions. You'll work alongside Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain partners to bring strategic initiatives to life while developing a deep understanding of how leading CPG organizations win in the marketplace. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Lead and support high-impact strategic projects that drive business performance and establish best-in-class ways of working. Analyze consumer, customer, category, and sales data to uncover opportunities and deliver fact-based recommendations. Support the planning, launch, and performance tracking of key innovation initiatives across the portfolio. Develop and maintain executive-facing reporting and performance scorecards that provide actionable insights. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and improve organizational effectiveness. Monitor marketplace, category, and competitive trends to help inform strategic recommendations. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA candidates are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills with a passion for turning data into insights and business action. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations. Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn how a world-class consumer goods organization operates. Proven ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
