What you can expect from us: A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Responsibilities Depending on the role that’s right for you, you can expect to: Gain an understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines Receive opportunities to build affiliation with associate peers and interact with senior leadership Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes Report findings to other team members and management as required Learn to manage production staff to attain production and quality goals Assist in organizing and facilitating team meetings to achieve continuous process improvement Organize and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.) Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar program You are currently a 3rd or 4th year student Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement Previous experience working in a plant is an asset The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in one of the following functional areas: Sustainability CTS Performance Planning Material Supply Repack Procurement Quality At the heart of PepsiCo are our people: professionals who bring curiosity, drive, and fresh thinking, working together to turn ideas into action.
