About this role
Overview PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-9month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a R&D Science Platforms Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-9 months. The internship will focus on a project characterizing protein and fiber ingredient combinations for application in Muscle, Metabolic, and Gut Health technical chassis’. The role will provide opportunities to gain CE’s across protein, powders, and fiber/biotics-focused teams, as well as model applications. Responsibilities Lab testing of ingredients, Work on lab reports, Create prototype products Qualifications Undergraduate student The role involves most of the week to be spent at our off-site office & lab at Teagasc Moorepark, Fermoy, Co. Cork, as well as opportunity to work from Little Island R&D location.
