Our Future SupplyChain Leaders Programme is designed to develop ambitious graduates into the next generation ofsupply chain leaders through structured development, challenging rotations and exposure to globaloperations.About PGCSPGCS sits at the heart of PepsiCo's global supply network, sourcing ingredients, manufacturingconcentrate and supplying more than 1,200 product recipes to over 140 markets worldwide.Operating across 16 locations in 9 countries, our teams collaborate across Manufacturing,Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Finance, R&D; and Digital.Programme OverviewOver 24 months you will rotate through Customer Engagement, Supply Planning, Material Planning,Production Planning & Scheduling, Reporting & Analytics and New Product Commercialisation.Each rotation provides meaningful business responsibility, mentoring and opportunities to leadimprovement initiatives Responsibilities What You'll Do Manage customer forecasts and orders while supporting world-class service. Support production, material and supply planning activities using SAP. Analyse supply chain data using Excel and Power BI. Participate in S&OP; and cross-functional planning forums. Support international product launches and lifecycle management. Lead continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Qualifications Essential Criteria A Level 8 degree, or equivalent, completed or due to be completed in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpret information and reach sound conclusions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail. A proactive, accountable and results-oriented mindset. Strong customer awareness and interest in delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Desirable Criteria Internship, placement, project or part-time experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Operations or a related environment. Exposure to SAP, Power BI, data visualisation, process improvement or project management. Evidence of leadership, initiative or teamwork through academic, extracurricular, community or work experience. Interest in international business and willingness to work with global teams.
