Key duties and responsibilities:
Procurement Support – Assist with purchasing/ordering office and lab equipment and supplies, including onboarding vendors, obtaining approvals, creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and processing invoices.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination – Support communications and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, landlords, headquarters and internal departments to facilitate operational activities and projects.
Office and Facilities Operations – Assist with office and lab operations, including facilities maintenance, subcontractor coordination, landlord communication, office hygiene and security.
Logistics and Shipping Management – Assist with preparing, sending/receiving, and tracking shipments in compliance with Qualcomm’s export policies. Administrative, HR, and Event Support – Provide admin assistance to teams, support onboarding for new hires and interns, coordinate travel arrangements and support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and team events.
