What you'll build
- Drive the execution of the P&E Strategy & Operations AI transformation agenda by translating strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, milestones, and business outcomes.
- Lead the coordination and execution oversight of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, and outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to create clarity in evolving and ambiguous environments, providing structure, recommendations, and actionable execution plans.
- Develop executive-ready decision materials, strategic updates, business reviews, and leadership communications that support informed decision-making.
Serve as a key interface between the P&E Strategy & Operations Office, the AI Center of Excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery of transformation priorities. - Establish governance mechanisms, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks that provide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional initiatives involving HR, People & Culture, Operations, Finance, and other global stakeholders. Identify execution risks and organizational dependencies proactively, facilitate resolution, and escalate critical decisions when required.
- Champion AI-enabled ways of working and contribute to the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Lead special projects and strategic priorities that require strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
What you bring
- Proven experience in strategy execution, transformation, business operations, program management, consulting, or a related cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives across organizational boundaries and deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to transform complex information into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials and facilitating leadership discussions.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, digital transformation, organizational change, AI adoption, or process improvement initiatives.
- A strong execution mindset with a track record of balancing strategic thinking and operational delivery.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information. Business fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

You'll join the Office of the Head of P&E Strategy & Operations, a team responsible for driving strategic priorities, enabling organizational effectiveness, and accelerating AI transformation across the business. Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, the AI Center of Excellence, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, ideally suited for an experienced professional who is excited to make an immediate impact on a high-priority transformation agenda while working closely with senior leadership.
As an AI Transformation Specialist, you'll play a central role in connecting strategy and execution. You will influence how AI transformation priorities are translated into action, establish the operational rigor needed to drive successful outcomes, and help leadership maintain visibility across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape transformation at scale while working closely with decision-makers on some of the organization's most important strategic priorities.
