What you’ll build

Position title: Finance & Accounting Associate (limited full-time)

Location: Prague, CZ

Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (limited position)

Time schedule: 40 hours/week

• Processing of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining vendor accounts, including open items management
• Responsibility for month-end closing procedures for Accounts Payable
• Responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicating with vendors via email and ticketing systems
• Collaborating with internal teams and SAP subsidiaries to streamline processes and ensure compliance
• Supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, including basic knowledge and experience in expense claim processing, validation, and accounting
• Handling and supporting Amex Corporate Card and Travel Card processes, including transaction review, reconciliation, expense validation, and resolving card-related queries
• Ensuring proper accounting and timely resolution of employee travel and corporate card transactions

What you bring    

You speak fluent English, both written and spoken. Active knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage.

While a background in finance, business or accounting is a plus, what matters most is your willingness to learn.

You are confident using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and are comfortable working with AI-powered tools — whether that means using AI assistants to streamline daily tasks, leveraging automation to improve accuracy or exploring new AI capabilities as they emerge.You perform well in a fast-moving, international setting and adapt easily to new challenges.

You are detail-oriented, customer-focused and work well both independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, you are proactive, motivated, and ready to grow.
