What You’ll Build

Position title: SAP Ariba Procurment iXp Intern - Technical Support

Location:  São Leopoldo, Brazil [hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]

Customer Support

• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to SAP Ariba Procurement, Platform, and Integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot APIs, web services, integrations, data exchange processes, and platform functionality.
• Reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Development and Operations teams when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the support lifecycle.
• Focus on customer success and business outcomes rather than simply closing support cases.

Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement

• Create and maintain knowledge content, including Knowledge Base Articles and internal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer experience.
• Participate in testing, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Learning

• Continuously expand technical and functional expertise.
• Stay current with SAP Ariba capabilities, integration technologies, and industry trends.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team.

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trust through effective support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Technical Support, Consulting, Software Development, or Enterprise Software implementations.

Preferred Technical Skills

• APIs (REST and/or SOAP)
• SQL and relational databases
• XML and JSON
• Web Services and integration technologies
• Reading application logs, debug traces, and troubleshooting tools
• Windows, Linux, or UNIX environments

• Preferred Qualifications
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  Experience with SAP Ariba solutions is highly desirable.
  Knowledge of Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Purchasing, Supplier Management, or ERP business processes is a strong advantage.

As a Product Support Intern, you will work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to SAP Ariba Procurement, Platform, and Integration capabilities.
Success in this role means not only resolving issues, but also helping customers achieve successful business outcomes through technical expertise, proactive communication, and a strong customer-first mindset.
You will collaborate with support engineers, product experts, developers, and operations teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
