The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Order to Invoice Cloud, Software & Support

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Expected start date: October 2026

Duration: 6 months, up to 18 months

As an O2I team member, you will have the opportunity to work with our team, contributing to the transformation of order to invoice processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying the received orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Execute billing process.
• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights that can drive decision-making and process enhancements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the O2I space.

• Must be university student of Bachelor or Associate’s degree
• Administrative or Engineering Background
• English Proficiency: Upper intermediate level
• Teamwork and high energy: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics and fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and tasks, especially during quarter closing activities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
• Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Adherence to Deadlines: A commitment to meeting deadlines, especially during quarterly closing activities, to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Ethical Conduct: High ethical standards and integrity in all professional interactions and responsibilities.
• Adaptability to Technology: Willingness and ability to adapt to and utilize technological advancements that may improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
