What you'll build

In this role, you'll be at the centre of SAP's management consulting practice – Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) – where we help customers maximise the value of technology and digitalisation. Acting as trusted advisors, we support large-scale transformation programmes by combining deep technical expertise across SAP's portfolio with strategic business acumen.

As a Working Student, your contributions will span both client-facing and internal responsibilities in equal measure (each up to 50%), giving you direct exposure to real customer engagements and the inner workings of a high-performing consulting team

You'll be responsible for:

• Support the BT&A Switzerland management team
• Serve the project management office for active customer engagements, supporting Enterprise Architects and Business Transformation Advisors with workshop planning, preparation, execution, documentation, and all related project administration
• Manage the team's collaboration and content management platform (MS SharePoint)
• Contribute to internal initiatives and supporting marketing activities, such as creating postings and project references
• Assist in the development of business process and IT strategies for digital transformation, as well as supporting the preparation of value assessments and business cases

Your work will directly impact how SAP and its customers navigate complex transformation journeys — and you will take on real responsibility from the start.

What you bring

• Advanced student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in self-directed project work with a strong focus on customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills; a collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently
• Resilient, highly motivated, and self-driven, with a structured and precise approach to work
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience integrating modern AI tools into daily operations to drive efficiency and output quality
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Available for a minimum duration of 12 months
• Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
