What you´ll build
- Creation of sector-specific presentations to support strategic sales and go-to-market activities
- Support of the sector lead in analytical evaluations, including structured preparation and visualization of sales data and key figures
- Support of planning and organizing sector specific events (digital and physical)
- Support for GTM annual planning and account assignment
- Support of NPS process and the associated CRM data maintenance
- Supporting the preparation and follow-up of account reviews for annual customer planning
- Support for administrative tasks in the day-to-day business of the sales back office team
What you bring
- You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, Marketing, Business Management
- Computer skills: MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentation design)
- Language skills: German and English, both fluent written and spoken
- Soft skills: Flexible, friendly, resilient, motivated, ready to work on new topics, independent work
Where you belong
The DMI Backoffice Team of the Manufacturing & Automotive Sector supports four sales teams with numerous sales colleagues and four sales managers with all inquiries and tasks that arise. The back office team supports our sales colleagues in the successful processing of purchase deals and is therefore a significant part of the DMI sector.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
