Job Description

職務内容 

Impact GuidedのCSMは、複数の顧客を担当し、効率的かつスケーラブルな方法で顧客のビジネス成果達成を支援します。ServiceNow製品の採用と活用を促進し、顧客が最大限の価値を得られるよう、標準化されたガイドやベストプラクティスを提供します。また、顧客からの技術的な相談に対する一次窓口として、基本的な技術的知識を活かし、適切な対応や社内連携を行います。 

具体的な業務内容： 

• 複数の顧客を同時に担当し、共通課題に対する標準化されたソリューションを提供 

• 顧客のビジネス目標を理解し、成果達成に向けたアクションを計画・実行 

• 製品の利用状況をモニタリングし、最新バージョンへの移行や技術的健全性を維持 

• 顧客の状況に応じたガイドやコンテンツを活用し、利活用率と利用範囲を拡大 

• 成功事例やベストプラクティスを共有し、顧客の価値最大化を支援 

• 顧客との信頼関係を維持しながら、技術的な質問や課題を適切に把握し、迅速な解決に向けた調整を実施。必要に応じて社内の専門チームと連携し、円滑なエスカレーションを推進。 

• 社内チームと連携し、スケーラブルなデリバリーを実現 

Qualifications

応募資格 

• 顧客向けプロフェッショナルサービスまたはカスタマーサクセス領域での5年以上の経験 

• プリセールス活動における顧客提案や技術的デモンストレーションの経験を活かし、顧客の課題解決や価値訴求などポストセールスに新たに挑戦したい方 

• 複数顧客を同時に管理し、効率的にサービスを提供できる能力 

• AIを業務プロセスや意思決定に統合する方法を考え、活用した経験（AIツールの利用、ワークフロー自動化、AI分析の活用など） 

• 基本的な技術的知識（クラウド、ITサービス管理、ワークフロー自動化など）を活かし、顧客の技術的相談に対応できるスキル 

• グローバルクラウドベンダーのSaaSソリューションにおける販売、導入、展開、拡張、運用の各フェーズでの技術的支援経験 
  － 顧客のビジネス要件を理解し、SaaS製品の適切な構成・設定を提案 
  － 導入プロジェクトにおける技術的リード、データ移行や統合のサポート 
  － 運用フェーズでのパフォーマンス最適化、アップグレード対応、利用促進施策 
  － 顧客の利用状況分析に基づく拡張提案や新機能の活用支援 
  － SaaS特有のセキュリティ、ガバナンス、ID管理、API連携に関する知識と実務経験 

• 営業、サービス、マーケティング、サポートといった業務プロセスや、それを支えるビジネスアプリケーション、さらに業務効率化のための自動化技術に関する理解 

• 複数の顧客環境における標準化されたベストプラクティスの適用とスケーラブルな支援スキル 

• 課題解決に向けた分析スキル 

• チームで協働する経験 

• ServiceNow認定資格をお持ちの方は歓迎 

• 日本語に堪能であること 

• 日本国内での就労が認められていること
