What the Role Entails

• Define AI product direction

Identify the key moments in user journeys where AI can create incremental value. Own requirements definition, solution design, and impact validation for AI products, and drive the complete loop from concept to launch.

• Master the boundaries of AI technology

Build a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of core AI technologies — LLMs/MLLMs, Agent architecture, RAG, multimodal, and beyond. Make sound judgments on what should and should not be done with AI, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Design AI interaction experiences

Explore new AI-driven interaction paradigms — conversational interfaces, generative UI, proactive intelligent recommendations, and multi-step Agent reasoning. Continuously refine the user experience and establish AI-specific product metrics (e.g., accuracy, hallucination rate, user trust).

• Drive AI product growth

Continuously optimize product strategy through data-driven experimentation (A/B testing, user behavior analysis, AI usage funnels). Track retention, paid conversion, and user satisfaction, and use data to validate intuition.

• Stay on the AI frontier

Maintain sharp awareness of AI industry developments, and translate cutting-edge advances into product opportunities in a timely manner.

Adept at using AI tools to break down complex problems and explore solutions; able to exercise high-quality judgment over AI outputs; possess a strong human-AI collaboration mindset and working habits.

• Professional capabilities

1. Sharp insight and agile thinking, with the ability to turn ideas into reality and continuously meet user and customer needs.

2. Excellent logical thinking and systematic analysis skills, combined with strong technical and business acumen.

3. Outstanding product sense and user empathy; able to independently own the end-to-end process from user insight to product solution.
